'Tora has his moments, I think - unfortunately for him, they're most often moments of being poked fun at, and even when he actually does something impressive, the general reaction seems to be more along the lines of 'Oh, look, he's not completely useless (but still a far cry from the rest of us)' than anything else.

Still, I do have a weak spot for him.
