Dear Yuletide Writer ... (2007)

Dear Yuletide Writer:

Ths is my first Yuletide challenge, and I am filled with anticipation! But I am a little worried, and you probably are too - so I just want to say, please don't worry excessively! I hate hurting others' feelings, and the very idea that someone is writing for me makes me feel very warm inside. So first of all, please have fun writing the story! Results are usually better when someone is doing something that s/he likes, after all.
