Heh, funnily enough, the framing sequence with the boys was one of the first things I mentioned on an initial readthrough. I love how both Yaone and Hakkai, even though they're off having a little time for themselves, still never forget the friends that aren't with them at the moment. Somehow I think Hakkai isn't the only one who's leaving the market with a few little non-medical treats for everyone else. And oh, how I giggle at the thought of the inevitable conversation sooner or later when Gojyo catches a glimpse at those obviously-recreational claw marks, or Hakkai manages to be tipsy enough to spill the beans! The teasing mixed with congratulations would be priceless. :)
